We’ll manage setup and teardown of all equipment - you only need to handle the guest list, seating and snacks!
Setup will begin about 90 minutes before your requested screening time, and we’ll be packed up and out of there about 30 minutes after the show.

Step 1: We’ll swing by for a quick backyard check-up to make sure there’s plenty of room for the big screen and the perfect spot to project your movie magic.
Step 2: Next up, Wi-Fi wizardry! We’ll test your signal strength, and if it doesn’t quite reach, no worries - we’ve got tech tricks to beam the show from inside your house.
Step 3: Finally, we’ll scope out plugs and pathways to make sure everything’s powered up and safely tucked away - so the only thing people are tripping over is how awesome the night is.

While we can’t tame the weather, we can keep the fun rolling - rain or shine! If the forecast calls for moody skies, we’ll switch gears and set up our giant 120” indoor screen to keep the party going.
During our first visit, we’ll scope out both indoor and outdoor options, take measurements, and make a game plan. And if space is tight or the vibe just isn’t right, no stress - we’ll happily reschedule!

To keep things simple, you bring the movie - we’ll handle the magic. Just log in to your favorite streaming service when we’re set up, or pop in a DVD or BluRay if you’re going old school. And don’t worry - we’ll make sure to log out when the credits roll.
